The front door welcomes you into the hall with its' open tread staircase. The large, comfortable sitting/dining room has double doors accessing both the patio and the walled courtyard. The rest of the ground floor comprises a well equipped kitchen opening onto a private terrace ideal for those sunny breakfasts, and a luxury family bathroom comprising bath, shower attachment, washbasin set in a vanity unit & WC, with views over the vineyards.

On the first floor a spacious landing leads to 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite shower room (comprising shower, washbasin & WC), and a twin bedroom - all with views over the gardens.

The flower filled courtyard with its' own pigeonnier also boasts a tinkling fountain and a personal gate from the courtyard leads into the orchard and heated swimming pool.
