Rose Cottage (sleeps 7 + cot)

Rose Cottage is the larger of the two properties, converted from the former stables, it boasts many old beams, terracotta floors, and a mezzanine floor accessed via an open tread staircase. The very spacious sitting room, with its' cathedral ceiling is very comfortably furnished with squashy leather sofas, and has double doors opening onto a Wisteria covered terrace overlooking the lily pond on one side, and another set opening onto the south facing private walled garden on the other.

The large farmhouse kitchen/dining room also has direct access into the walled garden with its' sunny terrace. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room (comprising shower, washbasin & WC) and a spacious, provencal tiled family bathroom with twin washbasins, corner bath with shower, and WC)

On the mezzanine first floor, a huge double bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has it's own sitting area, with a gallery overlooking the sitting room. This leads into a large twin bedded room, which also has a sofabed.
