Cottages and Classics presents La Rose des Vents, holiday cottages. Two beautifully restored Charentaise cottages in the heart of the Charente Maritime. The cottages are in the grounds of an elegant manor house, on the outskirts of a small village surrounded by vineyards and sunflowers, and in 2008 were awarded 4 stars by the French Tourist Office. Morgan and other Classic Car hire is also available.

Both cottages (each sleeps 6) have been tastefully renovated to preserve the original character and are equipped with every luxury to offer 21st century comfort. Privacy is assured with private flower filled gardens and patios equipped for outdoor dining with BBQs

Situated within private gated grounds of over 2 ½ acres, there is an idyllic 11 x 5.5 metre swimming pool set within the fruit orchard.

Should you wish to tour this beautiful area in your classic/sports car, the resident owners, have owned classic cars for the last 25 years and know exactly what makes a great holiday for people with limited luggage space!

Everything supplied from pool towels to picnic hampers, secure covered parking and a programme of scenic drives to take you off the beaten track through vineyards and picturesque countryside to unspoilt villages in the Charente, Charente Maritime, Dordogne and Bordeaux regions.
